Where Are They Now: Abi Smith-Dodsworth

Where Are They Now - Abi Smith-Dodsworth

Abi, who joined Year 7 in 2012, embraced school life through art, performing arts, and as a proud Corporal in the CCF.

Her passion for animals led her to Nottingham Trent University, where she earned a degree in Zoo Biology despite the challenges of studying during the COVID pandemic.

Abi’s journey has taken her from work experience at Askham Bryan Wildlife & Conservation Park to her dream role as a Bird Keeper at Wingham Wildlife Park in Kent. She now cares for a variety of birds, with a special fondness for the Humboldt penguins, delivering engaging daily talks. 🐧

Her next dream? To work with Red Pandas one day! Abi is excited to share her inspiring journey with QE students soon.
